IV. The right to restriction of processing<\/strong> \u2013 inaccurate, unlawful, unnecessary or in the event of an objection to processing, the Data Controller shall process the data, except for storage, only with the consent of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or of an important public interest of the Union or of a Member State).

The court has jurisdiction to hear the case.
